Project |Single Transmission Gear box with Autodesk Inventor Design Aceelerators
In mechanical systems with moving parts, there is often the need to incorporate a gear box for changes in speed or Torque. This model uses spur gears, roller bearings, shafts, keys and parallel spines to achive this with Inventor's design accelerator providing design against all kinds of faliure.

Project | Rapid modelling of Casing while incorporating design history
In product design, the ability to quickly model a part is imperative as this allows the engineer to quickly make decisions in subjects of assembly, manufacturing and changes in overall design considerations

Project | Design of Snow shovel for Jeep Cherokee
In Chicago, driveways are known to be snowed in for half the year due heavy snowfall year. A prototype design was presented while considering weight, unit cost , ease of assembly, ease of manufacturing and Installation.

Project | Stress Analysis of common mechanical structures
In stress Analysis , the most common method used is the finite element analysis. This simulation with Fusion 360 utilizes that while analyzing common mechanical structures like a simply supported beam, cantilever and a column(design against buckling. The final simulation shows how shape can be optimized by plotting the path of stress and redesigning to compensate for that. The result for the analysis usually consists of stress, Strain, Deformation, factor of Safety and reaction force in the case of assemblies.

Project | Design concept for a 6-R industrial robot with end manipulator
Industrial robots, the driving force behind the wave of industrial consists of 6 independent degrees of freedom excluding the manipulator. Motion at each joint could be provided by a servo, stepper motor. This project focused on designing complex shapes, assemblies, and rendering

Project | FEA Analysis of Connecting Rod with different contacts and Loading conditions
Analyzing for Von-mises Stress, Strain, Displacements, contact pressure in order to satisfy desired Factor of Safety.
